This was my first fourth dimension always cooking neck bones and I must say that the outcome was a success cheers to this recipe! I really like this method of cooking neck bones v/southward boiling them. Normally, I follow the recipe as written simply I made the following changes to suit my taste: I used three lbs. of neck bones seasoned with Lawry's seasoning salt, blackness pepper & Goya adobo seasoning, one onion, iv cloves garlic, 1/ii c water & two TBSP vinegar. I didn't baste the neck bones but after 2 hrs I added 1/4 c water, cooked 30 mins covered and removed foil during concluding thirty mins. The cervix bones were tender and in tact. I'll definitely use this recipe again but volition probably use less garlic or just omit it next fourth dimension - personal sense of taste. This recipe is a keeper and Kudos to Keryne for sharing!!!!!

I institute your recipe last night, and decided to give information technology a endeavour. The but thing I inverse was that I added carne asada seasoning instead of salt.
